How can we help?
Find answers to common questions about your account, location features, audio playback, and more.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, the App Store (iOS), or the Google Play Store (Android), depending on where you originally subscribed. You may also contact our support team for assistance. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access until that period ends.
Voysee offers monthly and annual subscription options. Both plans provide access to premium audio content and features. Plan details and current pricing are available within the app and on the respective app store listing. Plans and pricing may change from time to time.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests are subject to the respective store's refund policies and should be submitted through that platform. EU residents who have not yet accessed the Service may be eligible to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. For any billing questions, contact support@voysee.io.
Payment methods are managed through the platform where you subscribed. For App Store purchases, update your payment information in your Apple ID settings. For Google Play purchases, update it in your Google Play payment settings. Voysee does not store or manage payment details directly.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. If your cancellation was processed after the renewal date, a final charge may have been applied. Check your cancellation confirmation for the effective date. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@voysee.io with your account details.
Subscription pausing is not currently available. You can cancel at any time and resubscribe later when you're ready. After cancellation, the availability of your account data — including listening history and preferences — depends on your account status and applicable data retention policies.
Location access enables nearby story discovery and map-based features. When you are near a landmark or point of interest, relevant stories can appear automatically. You can still browse, search, and listen to stories without granting location access, but nearby and discovery features will be limited.
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services on your device. Make sure Location Services is turned on, then scroll to Voysee and select 'While Using the App' to enable location-based features.
Go to Settings > Apps > Voysee > Permissions > Location on your device. Select 'Allow only while using the app' to enable location-based features. Also ensure that Location is enabled in your device's quick settings.
GPS accuracy depends on signal strength and your environment. Tall buildings, tunnels, and indoor locations can reduce accuracy. Try moving to an open area with a clear view of the sky. Enabling Wi-Fi and mobile data can also help improve positioning.
You can disable location permissions for Voysee at any time in your device's settings. Without location access, you can still browse the map, search for stories, and listen to content — nearby discovery and location-based features will not be available.
Buffering typically indicates a slow or unstable internet connection. Try switching to a Wi-Fi network, moving closer to your router, or closing other apps that may be using bandwidth. If available, downloading content for offline listening can help avoid interruptions.
Tap the speed button in the player controls to cycle through available playback speeds. Your selected speed preference is saved and applied to subsequent stories until you change it.
Check that your device is not in silent mode and that the volume is turned up. If using headphones or Bluetooth, ensure they are connected properly. Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, reinstalling the app may resolve the problem.
Yes, Voysee works with Bluetooth audio devices including headphones, earbuds, and car audio systems. If you experience connection issues or audio lag, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Bluetooth device.
Transcripts are available for supported stories and chapters when provided by the content creator. Where available, you can access the transcript from the player screen. Transcripts support screen readers for accessibility.
Offline listening may be available to eligible premium subscribers in the mobile app. If your plan supports offline downloads, look for the download option on story or chapter screens. Downloaded content can be played without an internet connection.
Storage usage depends on the length and quality of the audio content. As a general guide, audio stories typically use a few megabytes per minute of content. You can manage downloaded content within the app to free up space on your device.
If you are unable to download content, check that you have an active premium subscription that includes offline access, a stable internet connection, a current version of the app, and sufficient available storage on your device. If the issue continues, contact support@voysee.io for help.
