Terms of Use
Last Updated: January 20, 2026
Welcome to Voysee ("Voysee," "we," "us," or the "Company"). We are excited to bring you location-aware audio guides that deliver stories about nearby attractions. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, downloading our app, or using any part of our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which together form the legal agreement between you and Voysee ("Agreements"). If you do not agree to these Agreements or are unable to comply with them, you may not use the Service. However, we encourage you to contact us at support@voysee.io so we can better understand your concerns and explore possible solutions.
1. Overview of Voysee Services
Voysee is a location-aware audio guide platform that delivers short stories and informational content about nearby attractions, landmarks, historical sites, and points of interest. Our Service uses your device's location to provide contextually relevant audio content as you explore.
Please note that Voysee is an informational and entertainment tool. We do not book or facilitate actual travel services (such as tours, tickets, or transportation), nor are we responsible for third-party service providers or the attractions themselves.
We may update, expand, or limit the functionality of our Service at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
To access and use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your account.
- Keep your login credentials secure and accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information you provide is found to be false, misleading, incomplete, or in violation of these Terms.
If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of digital consent in your country), you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without such consent. If we become aware that a minor has used the Service without proper consent, we reserve the right to delete the account and associated data.
3. Location Services and Permissions
Voysee requires access to your device's location services to deliver location-aware audio content. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Location Access: The Service requires location permissions to function. You may control location access through your device settings, but disabling location services will limit or prevent core functionality.
- Background Location: To provide seamless audio experiences, the app may access your location while running in the background. You can manage this permission in your device settings.
- Location Data Usage: Your location data is used solely to deliver relevant audio content and improve the Service. We do not sell your location data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle location data.
- Accuracy: Location accuracy depends on your device capabilities, GPS signal strength, and environmental factors. We do not guarantee precise location detection in all circumstances.

5. Audio Content Disclaimer
Voysee provides audio guides containing stories, historical information, cultural insights, and educational content about attractions and points of interest. Some content may be generated or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies. Where content is AI-generated or AI-assisted, this may be indicated within the Service.
By using Voysee's audio content features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Content Is for Informational and Entertainment Purposes: The audio content provided is intended for general information and entertainment. It should not be considered as professional historical, academic, legal, safety, or travel advice.
- Content May Contain Inaccuracies: While we strive for accuracy, our audio guides may include outdated information, factual errors, creative interpretations, or incomplete content. This can include—but is not limited to—details about historical events, dates, cultural practices, opening hours, accessibility, and local regulations.
- Conditions May Change: Attraction availability, opening hours, admission policies, accessibility features, and local conditions can change without notice. Audio content may not reflect the most current real-world conditions.
- Verification Is Your Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for independently verifying critical information—such as attraction operating hours, accessibility, safety conditions, and entry requirements—before visiting any location mentioned in our audio guides.
- Voysee Is Not Liable for User Decisions: We do not guarantee the reliability or suitability of any audio content provided. You use this information at your own risk, and Voysee shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from reliance on our audio guides.
- Consult Official Sources: Always refer to official attraction websites, local tourism boards, or other verified authorities for official and up-to-date information relevant to your visit.
- Safety First: Always be aware of your surroundings when using the Service. Do not use Voysee while driving or in situations where audio distraction could compromise your safety.
We encourage you to use Voysee as an entertaining and informative companion while exploring, while relying on your own judgment and verified sources for practical decisions.
6. Subscriptions
Certain features and functionalities of the Voysee platform may be available through paid subscription plans ("Subscription(s)"). By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding billing, renewals, free trials, and refunds.
Free Trial
Voysee may offer a limited-time free trial for new users ("Free Trial"), the terms of which are determined solely by Voysee and may vary.
- Billing During Free Trial: If billing details are required at sign-up, you will not be charged until the Free Trial period ends. Unless you cancel before the trial expires, your selected Subscription plan will automatically begin, and the applicable fees will be charged to your chosen payment method.
- Modifications or Termination: Voysee reserves the right to change or cancel Free Trial offers at any time, without prior notice or liability.
Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"), which may be monthly, annually, or otherwise, depending on the plan you choose at the time of purchase.
- Automatic Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle under the same terms unless you cancel it or Voysee cancels it.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time via your account settings, through the App Store or Google Play Store (depending on where you subscribed), or by contacting our support team. Cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle—no refunds will be issued for the current billing period once payment is processed.
Payment Information
A valid and up-to-date payment method (e.g., credit card, App Store, or Google Play billing) is required to initiate and maintain your Subscription. You agree to provide complete and accurate billing details.
By providing this information, you authorize Voysee to charge all Subscription fees to your chosen payment method and represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal authority to use the payment method provided;
- All payment and billing information you supply is accurate, complete, and up to date.
We may use third-party payment processors (including Apple App Store and Google Play Store) to facilitate and securely manage transactions. By completing a purchase, you grant us the right to share your payment details with these processors, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
In the event that automatic billing fails, we may issue an invoice that requires manual payment by a specified due date. Failure to resolve payment issues may result in suspension or cancellation of your access to paid features or subscriptions.
Changes to Subscription Fees
Voysee may modify Subscription fees at its discretion. If we adjust pricing:
- Advance Notice: We will provide reasonable prior notice before the change takes effect.
- Right to Cancel: You will have the opportunity to cancel your Subscription before the new rates apply.
- Acceptance: Continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes your acceptance of the revised pricing.
Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law, all payments made for Subscriptions are non-refundable. This includes fees for partially used Billing Cycles and unused features.
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests are subject to the respective store's refund policies.
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, provided you have not yet started using the Service. To exercise this right, contact support@voysee.io with your order reference. Once the Service is accessed or used, you acknowledge that your withdrawal right is forfeited in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
7. Virtual Currency
Voysee may offer an in-app virtual currency ("Virtual Currency") that can be purchased through the Service, the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store. Virtual Currency may be used to unlock premium audio content, features, or other offerings within the Service, as determined by Voysee from time to time.
Nature and Use
By purchasing Virtual Currency, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Virtual Currency constitutes a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access certain digital content or features within the Service. Virtual Currency is not real currency, has no monetary value outside of the Service, and does not constitute property.
- Virtual Currency may only be used within the Voysee platform and cannot be exchanged, sold, traded, or transferred to other users, third parties, or external platforms.
- The price of Virtual Currency may vary by region and is subject to change at Voysee's sole discretion. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Validity Period and Expiration
Virtual Currency has a validity period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. After this two-year period, any unused Virtual Currency will automatically expire and be permanently removed from your account without prior notice or compensation. It is your sole responsibility to use your Virtual Currency before it expires.
Voysee reserves the right to modify the validity period for future purchases of Virtual Currency, provided that any such change will not retroactively reduce the validity period of Virtual Currency already purchased at the time of the change.
No Refunds
All purchases of Virtual Currency are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This includes, without limitation, unused Virtual Currency, partially used Virtual Currency, and Virtual Currency that has expired.
For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests are subject to the respective store's refund policies, and Voysee shall have no obligation to issue refunds for such purchases.
If you are a resident of the European Union, you acknowledge that by purchasing and using Virtual Currency, you consent to the immediate performance of the digital content service and waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Account Termination
In the event that your account is terminated or suspended — whether by you or by Voysee for breach of these Terms — any remaining Virtual Currency in your account will be forfeited and no refund, credit, or compensation of any kind will be provided, except where required by applicable law.
Modifications to the Virtual Currency Program
Voysee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Virtual Currency program (or any part thereof) at any time. In the event of discontinuation, Voysee will provide reasonable prior notice and a reasonable period during which you may use any remaining Virtual Currency before it is removed.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and Service, including all source code, software, application designs, audio content, text, media, photographs, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and logos (collectively, the "Content" and the "Marks"), is the exclusive property of Voysee or its licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and various other intellectual property laws, as well as international conventions governing unfair competition.

If you believe your intellectual property rights are being infringed, please contact legal@voysee.io with details for review.
9. User-Generated Content
You may have the opportunity to submit content (e.g., reviews, ratings, photos, comments) through the Service ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Voysee a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt the content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This license is granted solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service and does not grant Voysee the right to sell your content to third parties without additional consent.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any laws. You agree not to upload any content that:

These Third-Party Services are provided for your convenience and enhanced user experience but are not owned, operated, or controlled by Voysee.
Voysee does not endorse, monitor, verify, or assume any responsibility for the content, functionality, policies, terms, or practices of any Third-Party Service. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, or reliability of information, goods, or services offered by such third parties. Accessing or using any Third-Party Service through our platform is done at your own risk.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Any interaction, transaction, or correspondence with Third-Party Services (including purchases, bookings, or data sharing) is solely between you and the third party;
- Voysee shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or dispute arising out of or related to your use of or reliance on Third-Party Services;

We encourage you to exercise caution and conduct your own due diligence before engaging with any external services or platforms linked through Voysee.

You can control location permissions through your device settings. Disabling location services will limit or prevent the core functionality of the Service.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Voysee makes no warranties or representations—express or implied—regarding:

In such cases, Voysee's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, or, where liability cannot be excluded, limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the affected portion of the Service.
If any provision in this section is deemed unenforceable, it shall be construed to reflect the original intent to the extent permissible under law, and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree that:
- Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cyprus
